Petersen, being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon, <br />do hereby certify that I have surveyed and marked with proper monuments the <br />land shown in the partition plat hereon, the exterior boundary thereof being <br />described as follows: <br />Estate 4, Block 2, "Green Hills .... East" as recorded in Volume 25, Page 9, <br />Book of Town Plats for Marion County, Oregon. The Initial Point being a half <br />inch iron pipe at the southeast corner of said Estate 4 and containing 4.98 <br />acres of land, more or less. <br />LAND MARKERS SURVEYING <br />Troy Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a <br />Carlson Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand-written <br />field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 4334, Page 149, Marion <br />County Deed Records as approved by Marion County Notice of Decision for Partition Case Number <br />21-008, said property being described as Estate 4, Brock 2 GREEN HILLS.... EAST. The Basis of <br />Bearings is the South line of the subject property as established by found monuments "A" and <br />"B" as shown on GREEN HILLS .... EAST. The North line of Blocks 2 & 3 of GREEN HILLS .... EAST <br />were set by Darrel Edwards on July 7, 1967 as shown on Marion County Survey Record 19857. <br />When GREEN HILLS .... EAST was surveyed in 1970, they found the Northeast corner of Estate 4, <br />Block 2 but did not locate the Northwest corner of Estate 3, Block 3 in 1970. I do not know if <br />they had no knowledge of the Edwards survey or exactly what happened. This left a gap between <br />GREEN HILLS .... EAST and the property to the North. This was discovered by Clarence Barker on <br />Marion County Survey Record 24340 in 1974. Edward Query also noticed this gap in Marion <br />County Survey Record 36514 in 2004. 1 held found monuments "C" and "F" for the North line in <br />order to correct the error in the North line of Blocks 2 & 3 of GREEN HILLS .... EAST. Found <br />monuments were held for the remainder of the boundary as shown hereon. The parcel lines were <br />then set at my client's design. <br />A REPLAT OF ESTATE #4, BLOCK 2, "GREEN HILLS ....
