MCSR 39701 <br />PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT SURVEY <br />FOR <br />ROBERT VACHTER, SAVANNAH SINN AND JACK <br />in the SOUTHEAST 1/4 and SOUTHWEST 1/4 of SECTION 19, <br />and in the NORTHEAST 1/4 and NORTHWEST 1/4 of SECTION 30 <br />TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN <br />MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />JANUARY 27, 2022 <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to monument the property line adjustment as approved by Marion County <br />Property Line Adjustment Case No. 21-055. The approval was modified by Planning with a note to the <br />file to include the entire property described in Reel 2582, Page 409 rather than the Tax Lot that did not <br />include the entire unit of land as described. These two tracts of land are described in Reel 2582, Page <br />409 and Reel 4521, Page 26. In my previous survey (MCSR 39263) 1 located the north line of the land <br />described in Reel 4521, Page 26; 1 have held this some line. The south line is monumented by a Marion <br />County Disk to the east and a 5/8" iron rod to the west. The 5/8" iron rod was reset by Bauer during the <br />right—of—way survey of Scism Road, the previous monument was a 3/4" iron pipe that was original found <br />by Simms (9913) when he surveyed properties to the south. This monument measures well with historic <br />surveys to the north, I have held the south line between the two monuments.
