DOWN <br />ICH j6�*= S <br />55018 <br />The purpose of this survey is to monument the property line adjustment <br />as approved by Marion county on November 25, 2021 property line <br />adjustment case number 21-053. The property owner of Lot 16 of <br />Larkin County Estates Number 2 wanted to relocate the boundary for <br />the additional setback for a building. <br />The basis of bearing for this survey was established using the <br />monuments tied on the eastern side of lot 23 of Larkin Country Estates <br />Number 3. All of the monuments tied were held for position with the <br />exception of the Northwest corner of said Lot 23. This monument <br />appears to have been moved from its original location due to it was <br />leaning, out of position, and approximately 0.7' above ground. The iron <br />pipe was removed and the corner was remonumented with a 5/8" Iron <br />Rod at the calculated bearing and distance. The Southern corner <br />common to Lots 16 and 23 lands on the bank of the Little Pudding <br />River and appears to have washed away. The monument was <br />remonumented with a galvanized Iron Pipe, 1-1/2 inch in diameter, and <br />66 inches long.
