<br />NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is subdivide Parcel 3, Partition Plat 2015-36, and Parcel 1, Partition Plat
<br />2021-35 into lots and to create the streets and easements as shown hereon per City of Salem Planning
<br />Administrator File No. SUB-TRV22-05. The Basis of Bearings used was along the north line of said Parcel 1,
<br />Partition Plat 2021-35. Monuments set in said Partition Plat 2015-36 and in the plat of WOODSCAPE were held
<br />for the boundary of this plat, as well as record data per Partition Plat 2021-35.

<br />Bears N89031'30" East 0.07'from west plat boundary.
<br />5/811 iron rod with red plastic cap stamped "MULTI/TECH ENG.", down 0.7', set in [3]. Found on west plat boundary.
<br />5/811 iron rod (no cap), down 1. 1, bent and tied where vertical, set In [3]. Bears N89031'28"E 0. 10' from west plat boundary.
