<br />SYSTEM (OCRS) SALEM ZONE_ FINAL COORDINATES WERE CORRECTED THROUGH A LEAST SQUARES ADJUSTMENT. THE BASIS OF NEARING WAS ALONG THE SOUTH
<br />RIGHT OF WAY OF FRANCES STREET PER PARTITION PLAT 2021-58 AS DEPICTED ON THE MAP.
<br />iN SEPTEMDER OF 2020, THE 13EACHiE CREEK WILDFIRE DEVASTATED THE AREA RESULTING iN MASSIVE CLEANUP AND RECONSTRUCTION iN THE SUDPIV1S10NS_
<br />CONSEQUENTLY, MANY OF THE MONUMENTS WERE LOST OR OBLITERATED_ TO BEST PERPETUATE THE INTEGRITY OF THE SUBDIVISIONS, WE FIRST CONDUCTED AN
<br />EXHAUSTIVE SEARCH FOR THE MONUMENTS NECESSARY TO RECONSTRUCT THE RIGHT OF WAY LINES OF FRANCES STREET. FOR THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LiNE OF
<br />FRANCES STREET, WE HELD THE 5/4" IRON PiPE AT THE ANGLE POINT OF SAiD SOUTH LiNE PER VOLUME 23 PAGE 4, BOOK OF TOWN PLANTS AND THE 5/5" IRON ROD
<br />AT THE NORTHEASTERLY END OF SAiD SOUTH LiNE PER PP2021-058_ WE THEN CONSTRUCTED THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LiNE OF SAiD FRANCES STREET PARALLEL
<br />WiTH AND 60' NORTHERLY FROM SAiD SOUTH LiNE_ THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF PARCEL 115 COINCIDENT WiTH AND EXTENDED FROM SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LiNE_
