OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, <br />CITY OF SALEM, MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />MAY 19, 2022 <br />NARRATIVE: <br />The purpose of this survey is to subdivide Lots 16 and 17, PRINGLE CREEK PARK, along with <br />the other described property in Reel 4061, Page 49, Marion County Deed Records, into lots and <br />to create the associated easements contained therein, per City of Salem Planning Administrator <br />Case No. SUB-ADJ17-06. The Basis of Bearings for this plat is along the centerline of Idylwood <br />Drive SE, between monuments B and A per Partition Plat 2006-32. The boundary of the subject <br />property was determined as follows: <br />Lots 16 & 17, PRINGLE CREEK PARK - I held the south line (north right of way of Idylwood <br />Drive SE) 30 feet Northerly from the determined centerline. I held monuments C and E for the <br />east line and held record distance Northerly from monument E per Partition Plat 2007-118 to <br />determine the northeast corner. For the west line, I held monument K and record distance <br />Westerly along said north right of way from monument C per Partition Plat 2006-32 to <br />re-establish the missing southwest corner, as monument M fit close to the calculated line but <br />being found under the asphalt without a cap, a decision was made to not necessarily hold it for <br />line. <br />METES AND BOUNDS PORTION OF DEED - I held monuments J and H for the west line per <br />Partition Plat 2008-33. 1 held monument G and I for the north line (south line of the plat of THE <br />WOODS TWO).
