<br />Marion County, Oregon;
<br />thence South 89054'18" East 315.79 feet along said south line to a 1/2-inch iron
<br />pipe at the northeast corner of the subject property;
<br />thence South 0001'08" East 63.30 feet along the east line of the subject
<br />property to a 5/8 inch iron rod with yellow plastic cap stamped "WILSON PLS 2687"
