MCDR <br />(N70'08"00"E 9.72)5 <br />SHEET 3 OF 3 <br />The purpose of this survey is to show and monument property line adjustments between <br />Lot 17, Block 1, ALDERBROOK MANOR, Lot 21, Block 1, ALDERBROOK MANOR and that <br />property described in Exhibit "D" in Reel 4651, Page 8, Marion County Deed Records, per City <br />of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. PLA21-08 and PLA21-09. The basis of bearings <br />used was between monuments C and D per MCSR 39697. <br />To determine the boundary of Lot 17, Block 1: <br />I held record distance Northeasterly from monument E per the plat of ALDERBROOK <br />MANOR, along the computed right of way of Welcome Way SE determined in MCSR 39697 to <br />determine the most Easterly corner. <br />I held monument E for the most Southerly corner and held record data from MCSR 39697 <br />to determine the most Westerly and most Northerly corners. <br />To determine the boundary of Lot 21, Block 1: <br />I held monuments M and L and the record Jog in the westerly right of way of Commercial <br />Street SE per the plat of ALDERBROOK MANOR to determine the easterly line. <br />I held monuments D and K for the southerly line. <br />I held monuments C and M to determine the northerly line.
