MCDR (N70'08"00"E 9.72)5 SHEET 3 OF 3 The purpose of this survey is to show and monument property line adjustments between Lot 17, Block 1, ALDERBROOK MANOR, Lot 21, Block 1, ALDERBROOK MANOR and that property described in Exhibit "D" in Reel 4651, Page 8, Marion County Deed Records, per City of Salem Property Line Adjustment Case No. PLA21-08 and PLA21-09. The basis of bearings used was between monuments C and D per MCSR 39697. To determine the boundary of Lot 17, Block 1: I held record distance Northeasterly from monument E per the plat of ALDERBROOK MANOR, along the computed right of way of Welcome Way SE determined in MCSR 39697 to determine the most Easterly corner. I held monument E for the most Southerly corner and held record data from MCSR 39697 to determine the most Westerly and most Northerly corners. To determine the boundary of Lot 21, Block 1: I held monuments M and L and the record Jog in the westerly right of way of Commercial Street SE per the plat of ALDERBROOK MANOR to determine the easterly line. I held monuments D and K for the southerly line. I held monuments C and M to determine the northerly line. To determine the limits of the 125' radius curve along the boundary of Lot 21, Block 1, 1 first held monument 0 for the beginning of the centerline of Vacation Lane SE and placed the end of the 100' radius centerline curve at record distance Southeasterly from monument C per the plat of ALDERBROOK MANOR, and then offset the centerline 25 feet Southeasterly and intersected the offset curve with lines C-M and C-D. To determine the boundary of the Original Property "B", I held the record data and the monuments shown in MCSR 39697. Property Line Adjustment Deeds were recorded in Reel 4676, Page 131 and Reel 4676, Page 132, Marion County Deed Records.
