f'IF <br />_1V:7:r91�11 <br />FOR: ANDERSON PROPERTY SOLUTIONS <br />LOCATED IN THE S.W. 1 /4 OF SECTION 11, T. 7 S., R. 3 W., W.M. <br />CITY OF KEIZER, MARION COUNTY, OREGON <br />AUGUST 29, 2022 <br />PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT CASE NO.: 2022-06 <br />FOUND MONUMENT LIST: <br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between those properties described in Reel 4455, Page 3 and Reel <br />4507, Page 165, Marion County Deed Records, per City of Keizer Community Development Property Line Adjustment Case No. 2022-06. <br />The Basis of Bearings used for this survey is between monuments G and E, the line being held as North 00°30'33" East per OCRS <br />Salem. Bearings are based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH 2O10.00, using the <br />ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). The boundary of the subject properties was determined as follows: O <br />North Line - I held monuments C and F. This line fits monuments D, H and I as well. 0 <br />Original Line - I held monument D and held a calculated point on the original north right of way of Plymouth Drive at record distance 0 <br />Easterly from the P.K. Barker set on said line in MCSR 29683, said P.K. position being determined by utilizing record data from said <br />survey from the determined northwest corner (see Detail "B" below). <br />0 <br />East Line - I held record distance Easterly along said original north right of way from said original line calculated point per Reel 4507, 0 <br />Page 165 for the original southeast corner and held a line parallel with the east line of Reel 4610, Page 7 per MCSR 38945 and I <br />intersected said line with the determined north line for the northeast corner.
