REQORD OF SUIRVEY : <br />FOR: STEVEN AND CARRELL DESHAW & DESHAW TREE FARMS <br />MARION COUNTY,OREGON <br />JANUARY 25, 2023 <br />PROPERTY ADJUSTMENT CASE !22-023 <br />The purpose of this survey is to shove a property line adjustment between those <br />properties described in Reel 2050, Page 52, and Reel 2467, Page 153, Marion <br />County Deed Records, per Marion County Property Line Adjustment Case No. <br />22-023. The Basis of Bearings used was along the east line of the subject property, <br />between the brass cap Section Corner and the 1" iron pipe held as the Forth 1116 <br />Corner of Sections 9/10, the line being held as South 00020'49" East per OCRS <br />(Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011) EPOCH <br />2010.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network). <br />The two subject property deeds call to being the east and west one -halves of the <br />east one-half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9. To <br />determine the boundary of the subject properties, I first resolved the NE 1/4 of the <br />NE 1/4 of Section 9 by holding the aforementioned brass carp Section Corner and 1" <br />iron pipe North 1/16 Corner, as well as the Azimuth cap at the E 1/16 Corner of <br />Sections 4/9 and a point 4.20 feet Northerly from the found iron rod referencing the <br />NE 1/16 Comer, per MCSR 33468. I then held the mid -point on the north and south <br />lines of the NE 114 of the NE 1/4 to determine the west line of the subject property.
