<br />The purpose of this survey is to Locate and mark with proper, monuments the overall boundary of that property described in
<br />Reel 2440, Page 55 and Reel 2507, Page 146, Marion County Deed Records. The basis of bearings used was between
<br />monuments E and G, the line being held as North 00' 13'32" East per the Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS)
<br />Salem Zone as referenced to NAD83 (2011), Epoch 2010.00.
<br />The boundary of Reel 2440, Page 55 was determined as follows:
<br />West Line (east right of way of Meyer Street S - I held monuments E and G per MCSR 20894.
<br />East Line - I held monument C and the calculated position of the missing iron rod at the southeast corner of Reel 3533,
<br />Page 434, Marion County Deed Records, per MCSR 27118.
<br />South Line - I held a line parallel with Lake Street E and held record distance Northerly from Lake Street E per MCSR
<br />27118.
<br />North Line - I held record deed distance Northerly from the determined south line.
<br />The boundary of Reel 2507, Page 146 (Marion County Quit Claim) was determined by holding monuments B and C for the
<br />north line and extending the east and west lines of Reel 2440, Page 55 Northerly.
