Details of the evaluation can be found on the <br /> OPERATIONS attached field sheet and site map; however, conditions observed during <br /> PARKS this site evaluation indicate that the area around the evaluated test holes <br /> cannot be approved for a STANDARD system due to the following <br /> PLANNING reason(s): <br /> SURVEY Limited Soil Depth to Saprolite <br /> At this site, the soil depth in the evaluated area is limited; this signifies that - <br /> the treatment of the effluent within the soil will also be limited. Providing <br /> _—________ pre-treatment to__this_system_under_OAR_340-Q7_1-290(2)(d)_is_intended_to._________` _ <br /> attenuate the effluent properly before dispersal to the limited soil. <br /> This repair will need to be 150 linear feet of drainline installed at a depth of <br /> 18-24 inches, with a hydro splitter to achieve equal distribution on a slope, <br /> a hydro splitter requires a pump and an alarm. <br /> Alternative systems include SAND FILTERS, RECIRCULATING GRAVEL <br /> FILTERS, and ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES. <br /> Alternative systems are installed where soil, drainage, water table levels, <br /> or space limitations do not allow for a standard system installation.
