Conditions observed during this site evaluation indicate <br /> ENGINEERING that the area around the evaluated test holes is not capable of supporting <br /> a Standard septic system due to the following limitations: <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> SERVICES Depth to Soil with Rapid or Very Rapid ermeability and limited <br /> space. <br /> OPERATIONS <br /> DEQ Rule requirement: Soil with rapid or very rapid permeability <br /> PARKS must be 36" below the ground surface. "Soil with rapid or very rapid <br /> PLANNING permeability" refers to sandy loam or coarser soil with 35% or more <br /> coarse fragments over 2mm; loamy sand or sand; or stones, cobbles, <br /> SURVEY gravel and rock fragments with too little soil material to fill the void <br /> spaces. OAR 340-071-0220(1)(c) <br /> Description: Treatment of sewage occurs in the soil around the <br /> drainfield area. If the sewage enters the groundwater before it has <br /> been adequately treated in the soil, it poses a.potential public health <br /> hazard.
