Make no changes in system location or specifications without approval by the agent. •For product approval information and manufacturer installation requirements see DEQ website at: http://www.oregon.govkieq/Residential/Pages/Onsite.aspx •The pump and alarm must be wired on separate circuits in the control panel.Pump wiring must comply with applicable building, electrical,or other codes.An electrical permit and inspection from the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Building Codes Division,or the municipality with jurisdiction,is required for pump wiring installation. •Install the pump and system components in accordance with the approved pump curve and specifications. •A minimum 18-gauge,green-jacketed tracer wire or green color-coded metallic tape must be placed on top of the effluent sewer or pressure transport pipe from tank to drainfield. Installation of this onsite wastewater treatment system has been determined to comply with the applicable requirements in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 340, Divisions 071 and 073 and the Conditions of Approval above. 1.
