Maintain <br /> access to septic tank for pumping and service. <br /> •Meet all required setbacks <br /> •The system must be installed in the area approved during the site evaluation and in accordance with the <br /> construction plan approved by the agent, including any changes made by the agent. <br /> -All work is to conform to OAR 340, Division 71 and 73. Make no changes in system location or specifications <br /> without approval by the agent. <br /> •The pump and alarm must be wired on separate circuits in the control panel.
