The following is a summary of the inspection results,test findings,actions taken and maintenance performed. Overall the system is in satisfactcp order and condition. The treated effluent was field analyzed to DEQ standards and manufacturer's criteria. The analysis consisted of tests for color,turbidity,olfactory,dissolved oxygen,pH and temperature. The system is determined to be working in reducing the biological,organic and inorganic concentrations to an acceptable level. The solids content of the septic tank was measured and found to total 5 %presently. Your septic tank does on warrant service. The process tank of the sand filter treatment process was also measured. The solids content totals 5 %. Your process tank does not warrant service. The effluent filtration apparatus was serviced. The sand filter treatment unit was found in good condition. Maintenance was performed upon the pumping equipment,operating controls,distribution network and the treatment apparatus. Additional service is not warranted. The pump(s)were tested and calibrated for current delivery rate in gallons per minute(GPM). Adjustment of the operating schedule is not need in order to maintain successful treatment performance. The drainfield component was inspected and serviced as need be. It is found to be in good condition.
