BOX 546 <br /> GATES, OR 97346 <br /> Re: Onsite Wastewater System Management Report—50569 LINNWOOD DR,GATES <br /> We have performed Semi Annual scheduled inspection and service of your onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system. The following is a summary of the inspection results, test findings, actions <br /> taken and maintenance performed. <br /> Overall the system is in satisfactory order and condition. <br /> The use of a system is a function of the flows it receives. Your usage has averaged N/A gallons per day <br /> (GPD). The system has an average treatment and disposal capacity of GPD with an intermittent peak <br /> capability of GPD maximum. <br /> The treated effluent was field analyzed to DEQ standards and manufacturer's criteria. The analysis consisted <br /> of tests for color,turbidity, olfactory, dissolved oxygen, pH and temperature. The system is determined to be <br /> working in reducing the biological, organic and inorganic concentrations to an acceptable level. <br /> The solids content of the septic tank was measured and found to total 0 % presently. Your septic tank <br /> does not warrant service. The process tank of the Sandfilter treatment process was also measured. <br /> The solids content totals 0 %. Your process tank does not warrant service. The effluent <br /> filtration apparatus was serviced. <br /> The Sandfilter treatment unit was found in good condition. Maintenance was performed upon <br /> the pumping equipment,operating controls, distribution network and the treatment apparatus. Additional <br /> service is not warranted. <br /> The pump(s)were tested and calibrated for current delivery rate in gallons per minute(GPM). Adjustment of <br /> the operating schedule is not needed in order to maintain successful treatment performance. <br /> The drainfield component was inspected and serviced as need be.
