Per DEQ authorization rules in order for Marion County to sign off on the connection of a
replacement dwelling to the existing septic system, the septic system must be fully functional. The control box that for
the pump and highwater alarm was burned in the fire and a permit was issued for the installation of the that control box
was issued so that the system could be fully functional. An inspection must be done to determine if the effluent is being
pumped to the drainfield, and in order to do that inspection the distribution box must be uncovered so evaluate the
functionality of the pump and effluent line. During out phone conversation on 10/14/22 you stated that A and B septic
had performed that installation of the control box and that you would uncover the box and we scheduled . I spoke with
Amy at A and B in regards to providing a signed asbuilt showing materials used and signing for the work done, Amy
stated that the invoices that are associated with that property show billing for original existing system evaluation, risers,
and maintenance but not for the installation of the control panel. A and B's phone number is 541-924-0851.
Kimberlee Aldrich I Marion County Onsite Wastewater Inspector
EH-W10147892:
Marion Onsite Septic Division, Marion County Public Works
County ! kaldrich@co.marion.or.us
OREGON (503) 373-4354 (office) 0
1
