I am currently finding information about a Fire Alarm requirement from Fire Marshal Ron Smith back in 1999 when the main building had an alteration and added office space. The Fire Alarm was required in lieu of onsite water supply. Building Permit 555-99-01719. They have indicated that they wish to remove the Fire Alarm, and that Marion County Fire District#1 does not have a requirement for a Fire Alarm. Could you please reply and indicate which building the Fire Alarm is being removed from and that the Fire District does not have a requirement for the Fire Alarm. Thank you, 2
