The minimum depth of installation for this <br /> seepage bed is 18-30. The existing 1500 gallon septic dosing tank with a <br /> pump and alarm will be used. <br /> A PLOT PLAN WITH ALL REQUIRED EXHIBITS AND MATERIALS LIST <br /> IS NEEDED TO ISSUE THIS PERMIT (SEE APPROVED AREA FIELD <br /> MAP). WHEN INFORMATION IS RECEIVED AN INSTALLATION <br /> PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED. <br /> This system will require a minimum of of drain media under the laterals <br /> and 2" above laterals covered with filter fabric and will require a minimum <br /> of 6 " of soil cover. This seepage bed will need 5 laterals 4' apart, with a <br /> 2'setback from edges of seepage bed.
