Pump wiring must comply with applicable building, electrical, or other codes.An electrical permit and inspection from the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Building Codes Division, or the municipality with jurisdiction, is required for pump wiring installation. -Install the pump and system components in accordance with the approved pump curve and specifications. •The area must not be subjected to excessive saturation due to, but not limited to, artificial drainage of ground surfaces, roads, driveways and building down spouts. •This approval is given on the basis that the parcel described above will not be further partitioned or subdivided. -Pressurized distribution rules at OAR 340-071-0275. It must be installed with a minimum fall of 4 inches per 100 feet and at least 2 inches of fall from one end of the pipe to the other.
