Pump wiring must comply with <br /> applicable building, electrical, or other codes.An electrical permit and inspection from the Department of <br /> Consumer and Business Services, Building Codes Division, or the municipality with jurisdiction, is <br /> required for pump wiring installation. <br /> -Install the pump and system components in accordance with the approved pump curve and specifications. <br /> •The area must not be subjected to excessive saturation due to, but not limited to, artificial drainage of ground <br /> surfaces, roads, driveways and building down spouts. <br /> •This approval is given on the basis that the parcel described above will not be further partitioned or subdivided. <br /> -Pressurized distribution rules at OAR 340-071-0275. It must <br /> be installed with a minimum fall of 4 inches per 100 feet and at least 2 inches of fall from one end of the pipe to the <br /> other.
