Marion County Building Inspection Division <br /> O R E G O N Electrical Review Notice <br /> Permit Number: 555-20-007717 Date: 11/3/2020 <br /> Project Address:2700 E Santiam ST <br /> Completed By:Randall Miller <br /> ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW CONDITIONS <br /> 1) Approval of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions or oversights by this office or of noncompliance with any <br /> applicable regulations of local government. <br /> 2) Work may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. All required inspections shall be requested within 24 hours <br /> of the installation intended to be covered or concealed. Inspections may be scheduled online through the State E- <br /> permitting system or the inspection request line(1-888-299-2821) prior to 7:00 AM to receive same day service. <br /> 3) Defects in electrical installations noted by the electrical inspector shall be corrected and an inspection request made <br /> within 20 calendar days of the date of actual notice of deficiency. For the purpose of this rule,actual notice is given <br /> when the inspecting jurisdiction does everything required in OAR 918-271-0020. <br /> 4) All electrical installations shall conform to the 2017 Oregon Electrical Specialty Code,and shall follow the plans <br /> and/or any specifications included. Any changes,deviations,or additions will require the submittal of a plan change <br /> request. <br /> 5) All persons performing electrical work will demonstrate that they are duly licensed in the discipline. No more than 2 <br /> Apprentices for every three journeyman workers on the job or fraction thereof. All correspondence about deficiencies <br /> or procedures will be between the inspector and the general supervising electrician. <br /> 6) Electrical service, separately derived systems, &separate building(s)or structure(s)shall be connected to the <br /> established grounding electrode system of the premises in accordance with OESC article 250. Service equipment shall <br /> be listed and marked to identify it as being suitable for use as service equipment. Supply-side, Main,and system <br /> bonding jumpers shall be selected from table 250.102(C)(1) <br /> 7) Conductors and equipment required or permitted by the OESC shall be acceptable only if approved. Listed or labeled <br /> equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. <br /> 8) Service equipment shall be listed for the available fault currents as given by the power company. This information <br /> shall be legibly marked in the field with the maximum available fault current.
