6. Termination/Cancellation; <br /> This Agreement may be terminated or canceled by either party at any time and for any or no <br /> reason upon fifteen (15) days prior written notice from one party to the other. In the event of any <br /> termination or cancellation of this agreement by the System Owner, the System Owner shall <br /> have the right to a refund of any paid service contract fee that Santiam Septic has not earned. <br /> Refund will be at the discretion of Santiam Septic according to the work that has been <br /> performed or not performed at the time of cancellation. <br /> 7. Items not covered by this Agreement: <br /> 1. Corrective an/or repair maintenance if necessary, except for described services provided <br /> in this Agreement. System Owner will be notified and must approve of any and all repairs <br /> required. <br /> 2. Effluent sampling an/or analysis other than specified in the Agreement. <br /> 3. The cost of tank pumping when sludge and scum build up calls for it. <br /> 4. Unscheduled Emergency Service Calls performed which will incur a fee of$100 during <br /> business hours or$150 after 6pm M-F, weekends and holidays. Hourly rate of$125/hr <br /> will apply after the first hour onsite.
