Special Conditions
ATT Treatment System or Sand Filter
•
Equal Distribution with Hydrosplitter
•
O&M contract required
•
Anti-Siphon Required
Please note neighboring wells
•
•
•
This application is considered incomplete until all required documents to issue a permit have
been submitted. Per Marion County Onsite Septic Procedures, an incomplete application may
not remain open for greater than one year before it expires. An expired application cannot be
renewed or reinstated, a new application and full permit fee is required.
This site is approved for the type of disposal system described above. Peak sewage flow into
the system is limited to a maximum flow stated above, with the average use limited to half that
flow. This is determined to be sufficient for the proposed use under OAR 340-071-0800(Table
2). Premature failure of the treatment system may occur if these flow quantities are exceeded.
If, for some reason, you expect your water use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to
increase the size of the treatment system.
