S <br />Salem, Oregon 97302 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on June 3, 1987 to <br />determine the condition of the existing on-site sewage system <br />located on the property. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on June 2, 1987 by A & B Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
