While inspecting the system, the <br />following violation was noted which is in conflict with the <br />Department of Environmental Quality On-Site Sewage Disposal <br />Rules. <br /> <br />The sewage system was saturated and sewage was surfacing <br />over the lid of the septic tank. <br /> <br />Since the above violation exists, we cannot approve the existing <br />on-site sewage system. It will be necessary to obtain an on-site <br />sewage repair permit and make the necessary corrections before we <br />can approve the sewage system on this property. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
