Marion COunty Planning Office <br />Partition Case NO. 84-52 <br />Leroy and Dorothy Dalke <br /> <br /> The Partitioning request and non-farm dwelling use is granted <br />with the following conditions completed as outlined in the <br />Commissioners' Order. <br /> <br />1. The final partitioning map is completed and signed. <br /> <br /> 2. Current property lines will not be altered. <br /> <br />ihe Use Permit for the non-farra use has been <br /> Conditional <br /> xtended to September 7, 1986. .. <br /> dwelling existed ~n the property prior to the partitioning' <br /> equest.
