MARION COUNTY <br /> <br />DEPT, OF BLDG. iNSPECTION <br /> Senator Bldg, # 225 <br /> 220 High St, <br /> Salem, Oregon 97301 <br /> <br />ROLAND H, WITHROW <br />Director <br /> <br /> ROOM 225 <br />PHONE 588-5~47 <br /> 588-5148 <br /> <br />January 24, 1980 <br /> <br />Certified Mail #107226 <br />Return Receipt Requested <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Patrick HcGarvey <br />11823 Arndt Road <br />Aurora, Oregon 97002 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. McGarvey: <br /> <br />This letter concerns a letter sent to you by this department on November 27, <br />and the subsequent conversation between Mrs. McGarvey and Roland Withrow, <br />Building Director. <br /> <br />1979, <br /> <br />During that conversation, Mrs. McGarvey stated that she would send a letter <br />into this department pertaining to the sale of the land and also in regard <br />to the condition of the mobile home and house located on the property. <br />Further, it was stated to Mr. Withrow, that the house on the property would <br />be rendered unliveable, thereby conforming with the Marion County Zoning <br />Ordinance by having only one residence on the parcel of property. <br /> <br />As of this date, we have not received such a letter. Although legal enforcement <br />procedures are provided for in the law, we hope that will not be necessary <br />in this case. <br /> <br />We would appreciate your cooperation by sending this letter into our department <br />by February 7, 1980. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br /> <br />ROLAND H.
