Although legal enforcement <br />procedures are provided for in the law, we hope that will not be necessary <br />in this case. <br /> <br />We would appreciate your cooperation by sending this letter into our department <br />by February 7, 1980. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br /> <br />ROLAND H.
