NE <br />Aurora, Oregon 97002 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on July 8, 1987 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to locate a temporary <br />mobile home as a second farm dwelling. No evidence of failure was <br />found and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on January 25, 1987 by <br />Clinkscales Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that <br />time., <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
