INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF PLOT PLAN <br /> <br />The following items must be shown on the plot plan before an evaluation can be made of the <br />property. Please be~te. Incomplete applications will only result in a delay in the <br />evaluation of your property. <br /> <br /> 1. Indicate northerly direction. <br /> 2. Show lot lines an.d d. imensions o.f property. <br /> 3. Proposed land divlslon (if applicable). <br /> 4. Property identification (fence lines, landmarks, adjacent property addresses, etc.). <br /> 5. Location of proposed building site and any existing buildings on the property. <br /> 6. Access from the nearest public road or street. <br /> 7. Location of existing or proposed wells and water lines on property to be evaluated and <br /> on adjacent properties,. Also, location of rivers, streams or lakes on the property or <br /> within )00 fe~t. <br /> 8. Location of .test holes, showing distar~e from ~roperty lines. <br /> 9. The property corners and proposed sewage system location must be flagged <br /> <br />la.
