INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF PLOT PLAH <br /> <br />The following items must be shown on the plot plan before an evaluation can be made of the <br />property. Please be'~p~F~te. Incomplete applications will only result in a delay in the <br />evaluation of your property. <br /> <br /> 1. Indicate northerly direction, <br /> 2. Show lot lines and dimensions of property. <br /> 3. Proposed land division (if applicable). <br /> 4. Property identification (fence lines, landmarks, adjacent property addresses, etc.). <br /> 5. Location of proposed building site and any existing buildings on the property. <br /> 6. Access from the nearest public road or street. <br /> 7, Location of existing or proposed wells and water lines on property to be evaluated and <br /> on a~djacent properties. Also, location of rivers, streams or lakes on the property or <br /> within 100 fe:t. <br /> 8. Location of ,test holes, showing dist2r~e from Froperty lines. <br /> The property corners and proposed sewage system location must be flagged <br /> <br />10. Include a V'ICINITY MAP which will show how to get to the property. <br />ll.
