SE
Aumsville, Oregon

An inspection was made at the above address on January
18, 1989 to determine if the existing on-site sewage
system located on the property appeared adequate. No
evidence of failure was found and the system appeared
to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic
was pumped on September 14, 1987 by Stayton Septic
Service and the tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of mobile homes for hardship are subject to
annual renewal by Marion County Planning. An applica-
tion for a re-evaluation of the septic system will be
required one year from the date of this notice.

COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic
system in our files.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or con-
tinuous operation of the existing on-site sewage
disposal system.

D SANITARIA~

Senator Building · 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
