Summary: <br /> <br />I Eave F1 ash ing~s <br /> <br /> The interpretation of the flashing detail by <br />contractor resulted in an atypical roofing detail. <br />interpreted the drawing in the same way. <br /> <br />the roofing <br /> I would have <br /> <br /> The detail as drawn does not conform to NRCA or any <br />manufacturer's flashing detail that I am aware of. <br /> <br /> In all cases the Built Up Roof Membrane should go under <br />the deck flange and the finishing felts over the deck flange. <br /> <br />II Clerestory - Window Sill <br /> <br /> The leaks are the result of drilling the sill, sealing the <br />weeps and holding the water inside under the sill instead of <br />allowing it to vent to the outside. <br /> <br />III Louvers and Siding <br /> <br /> Whole water is getting behind the base <br />Built Up Roof Membrane and is exiting under <br />school. The water entry must be stopped or <br /> <br />flashing of the <br />the BURM into the <br />collected and controled. <br /> <br /> <br />
