'INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION OF A SITE PLAN FOR A SITE ~VALUATION <br /> <br />The following items must be shown on the site plan before an evaluation can be made <br />of the property. Please be complete. Incomplete applications may result in a delay <br />in the evaluation of your property. <br /> <br />1. Provide a vicinity map showing crossroads and directions to the site. Indicate <br /> the northerly direction. <br />2. Show lot lines and give dimensions of the property. <br />3. Show proposed land division (if applicable), fence lines, adjacent property addresses. <br />4. Show access from the nearest public road and/or private driveway. <br /> <br />6. Show location of existing or proposed wells and water lines on this property <br /> and adjacent properties. <br />7. Show location of rivers, streams, and lakes on this property or within 100 feet, <br />8. Show location of proposed building site and any existing buildings. <br />9. Include an assessor's map of the property (obtained at the Marion County Assessor's <br /> Office, Map Room, 4th Floor, Franklin Building, 495 State Street N~). <br /> <br />NOTE~ <br /> <br />The property corners and test holes must be flagged. This does not grant or <br />imply permission to build on this parcel.
