This application is to replace an existing <br />mobile home. No evidence of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on April 1, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service and <br />the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
