SE
Aumsville, Oregon

An inspection was made at the above address on December
6, 1989 to determine if the existing on-site sewage
system appeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile
home located on the property. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in
a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on
April 1, 1988 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank
was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for
a re-evaluation of the septic system will be required
two years from the date of this notice.

COMMENTS: The septic system was installed in 1977.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or con-
tinuous operation of the existing on-site sewage
disposal system.

ROBERT FOSTEr(, REGISTERED SANITARIAN

Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
