SE <br />Stayton, Oregon 97383 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on Noveraber 12, 1987 <br />to determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to replace a mobile <br />home. No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on September 27, 1985 by :Stayton Septic Service and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. ~' <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
