No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on November 20, 1987 by Mike's Septic <br />Service and the tank was inspecte~ at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. This <br />notice-does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic system in our <br /> files. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
