No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on July 26, 1987 by Stayton Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The septic system was installed and inspected in <br />October of 1976 and consists of a 1450 gallon septic <br />tank and 450 lineal feet of drainfield. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 <br />contact our office if you have any questions <br />report. <br /> <br />ROBERT FOSTER, REGISTERED SANITARIAN <br /> <br />to 4:30.
