SE
Aumsville, Oregon 97325

An inspection was made at the above address on May 3, 1988 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the
property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the
attached application. This application is to place a hardship
mobile home on the property. No evidence of failure was found and
the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner.
The septic tank was pumped on April 25, 1988 by Stayton Septic
Service and the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic
tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. This
notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of
the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic system in our
files.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
