Kasel <br />21823 Airport Rd. NE <br />Aurora, Oregon <br /> <br />Dear Mrs. Kasel, <br /> <br />An reinspection of your proposed subdivision was made <br />on October 24, 1988. As a result of the redivision of <br />the property in five lots instead of six, the property <br />can now be approved for installation of on-site sewage <br />systems with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Any alteration of the site conditions in the <br /> areas approved for on-site sewage disposal <br /> may void this approval. <br /> 2. No further partitioning or subdivision of the <br /> lots will be approved. <br />3. The homesites mhould be located on the <br /> highest portion of each lot to allow for <br /> gravity flow to the drainfieldo <br />4. The location and size of the home must be <br /> considered so that adequate area is reserved <br /> for installation of 375 lineal feet of <br /> drainfield for the initial system and 150 <br /> lineal feet of drainfield for the sand filter <br /> alternative replacement system. <br /> 5. The final plat for %he subdivision mumt be <br /> submitted to this office for approval. <br /> <br />If there are any questions concerning this report, <br />please contact this office.
