Based on that
site inspection, the property was not approved for
installation of a septic system due to shallow depth of
s permanent water table. On November 22, 1988, a second
inspection was made by Zan Ewing and a site was found
on the adjoining property that met the requirements for
installation of a Sand Filter Alternative System under
the D.E.Q. On-Site Sewage Disposal Rules. An easement
is required to install the septic system on the
adjoining property. The proposed easement submitted to
this office appears acceptable and must be recorded
with Marion County. The Sand Filter plans are accep-
table with minor changes as noted on the plans. A copy
of the recorded easement and two sets of sand filter
plans must be submitted with your application for
building and septic permits.

If you have any questions concerning this report,
please contact this office. Our office hours are Monday
thru Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.

Senator Building 220 High Street NE · S~lem, Oregon 97301-3670
