NO evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in
a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on
May 23, 1988 by Carl's Septic Tank Cleaning and the
tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for
a re-evaluation of the septic system will not be
required in the future. The system appears adequate in
size to accommodate the primary dwelling and the
hardship mobile home.

COMMENTS:

We cannot locate the records of the septic
tank permit for this property, although there
is a record of the septic tank permit being
issued on October 1,1973. The owner has a
receipt for the installation of a 1250 gallon
septic tank and 400 lineal feet of drain-
field.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or con-
tinuous operation of the existing on-site sewage
disposal system.
~OB R~T~R.
