DIRECTOR

gUILI)IINC; INSPFCTION
~503) 588-5147

PLANNING &
[NFO~CEMIENT

Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

February 28, 1989

MEMORAAIDUM

TO:

FROM:

SUBJECT:

Christine A. Davis
Central Oregon Mobile Homes
285 South Pacific Hig~ay ~
Woodburn, Oregon 97~t_ ~

20852 Filbert St., Aurora

Attached is your plot plan with my amendments. As you
can see, I would vary your idea only slightly. The
variance request should be to vary the setback to the
property line and to vary the setback to the mobile
home from 10 feet to 6 feet. You should also request a
variance to allow the separation between the trenches
to be reduced from 10 feet on center to 8 feet on
center. It should be noted in the request that the
installation will consist of a seepage trench system of
150 lineal feet with a total of 30 inches of gravel in
the trenches with a maximum trench depth of 36 inches.
Other site evaluations done in this area have shown
acceptable soils for this type of installation.

I hope this will help resolve this situation. If you
have any more questions, please feel free to give me a
call.

Senator Budding 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
