No <br />evidence of failure was found and the system appeared <br />to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />was pumped on December 26, 1986 by Stayton Septic <br />Service and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of mobile homes for hardship are subject to <br />annual renewal by Marion County Planning.
