SE
Aumsville, Oregon 97325

An inspection was made at the above address on March
27~ 1989 to determine if the existing on-site sewage
system appeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile
home located on the property. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in
a satisfactory manner.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for
a re-evaluation of the septic system will be required
two years from the date of this notice.

COMMENTS:

The septic tank for the hardship mobile home
was installed in July of 1982 and connected
to an existing drainfield. We have no record
of the existing drainfield. The septic tank
does not require pumping at this time since
the home has been occupied by only two people
since the tank was installed seven years ago.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or con-
tinuous operation of the existing on-site sewage
disposal system.

ROBERT R.
