No 225 <br />220 High Street <br />Salem~ Orego~ 97301 <br /> <br />Re~ Proposed Homes lying in the Flood Plain <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />Per my telephone conversation with your department, I was informed that <br />~ must submitt a letter in writing to notify your department of 4 <br />homes that were either granted building permits or is in the process of <br />being granted building permits for construction of single family homes <br />within the City of Aumsville and that lie in the flood plain. <br /> <br />The four homes that must meet the conditions as to floor levels in relation <br />to the flood plain are: <br /> <br /> 1. Building Permit site ~ 7930, Permit # 17709 located at 660 Michael <br /> Way, Aumsville, Oregon, being built by ~r. Roderic Olson. <br /> <br /> 2. Building Permit Site ~ 7928, Permit ~ 17699 located at 795 Olney <br /> Street in the City of Aumsville, being built Dy Dinae Scott. <br /> <br /> 3. Building Permit Site 9 7929, Permit # 17704 located at 785 Olney <br /> Street ~ Aumsville, Oregon, being built by Gary Rice. <br /> <br /> 4. Building Permit was submitted to your office 8-02-89 , located at <br /> 720 Michael Way, being built by Brett Berning. <br /> <br />I have included the partition maps that show the bench marks of each particular <br />lot.
