Incomplete applications will only result in a delay in the <br />evaluation of your property, <br /> <br /> l, Indicate northerly direction. <br /> 2, Show lot lines and dimensions of property. <br /> 3. Proposed land division (if applicable), <br /> 4. Property identification (fence lines, landmarks, adjacent property addresses, etc.), <br /> Location of proposed building site and any existing buildings on the property. <br /> 6. Access from the nearest public road or street. <br /> 7, Location of existing or proposed wells and water lines on property so be evaluated and <br /> on adjacent properties. Also, location of rivers, streams or lakes on the property or <br /> wit'h'in 100 feat. ' ..... <br /> Location of test holes, showing distan-e from ~roperty lines. <br />The property corners and proposed sewage system location must be flagged (flagging <br />material may be obtained from our office). <br />lO, Include a VICINITY MAP which will show how to get to the property. <br />11.
