~~ Application of Theodore and Theodora Peters to place <br />a mobile home ~or medical hardship purposes o~i'~O~'~@~i~,~re paree~ <br />in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone on pr~d l~t~O~',at 9117 <br />Silver Falls Highway SE, Aumsville (Sec. 13; TBS; R2W) Tax Lot <br />75320-300. <br /> <br />~_]~: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is valid only when exercised by__ <br />~~6~ ~1~ . The effective period of an approved Condlt- <br />i~hal Use ma~ be extended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (Extension form available from the <br />Planning Division). <br /> <br />This permit may be renewed for successive one year periods if the <br />applicant submits to the Planning Department, on an annual basis, <br />a new Physician's Certificate which indicates that the hardship <br />continues to exist. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a builfin9 pezmlt. <br /> <br />~ The following conditions must be met before a buildin~ <br />permit can be o~talned or the approved use established= <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a detailed site plan. This plan <br />shall include the existing dwelling, septic system, well, and <br />proposed location of the hardship dwelling. The hardship <br />dwelling shall be located as close as possible to the ex~stlng <br />dwelling and ~hall maintain a minimum 100 foot setback from <br />the west property line. This plan shll be reviewed and <br />approved by the Chief Planner prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval for subsurface sewage <br />disposal and all other required permits from the Marion County <br />Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement to <br />the Planning Division. This agreement specifies that <br />placement of the mobile home is temporary and that it will be <br />removed after the hardship ceases to exist (agreement <br />enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division. This statement shall be recorded <br />by the applicant with the Marion Ceunty Clerk after it has <br />been reviewed and signed by the Planning Director (Declarat- <br />ory Statement enclosed). <br /> <br /> <br />
