SE
Aumsville, Oregon

PROPERTY OWNER:

Richard Hallman
8834 Darley Rd. SE
Aumsville, Oregon

An inspection was made at the above address on
September 27, 1989 to determine if the existing on-site
sewage system located on the property appeared adequate
to serve the purpose described in the attached applica-
tion. This application is to replace an existing mobile
home. No evidence of failure was found and the system
appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner.
The septic tank was pumped on September 14, 1989 by
Stayton Septic Service and the tank was inspected at
that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed
septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This
notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal
system. Planning approval may be required for the
proposed development of the property.

COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic
system in our files. The septic tank baffles
have been replaced by the owner. If any
future problems develop with the tank, it
should be replaced.

Our office hours are Monday through
4:30.
